Mycelium 365 exists because most organisations were sold a broad IT provider when what they actually needed was depth in one platform. Almost everything a modern business runs on — identity, email, files, devices, security, reporting and increasingly AI — already lives inside Microsoft 365 and Azure. We committed to that single stack so our engineers could go deep rather than wide: Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Defender and Azure, managed properly rather than kept ticking over.

That focus shows up in the work. Tenants get configured to a documented baseline instead of whatever the last provider left behind. Security controls are put in place with the evidence auditors, insurers and enterprise clients ask for. Support is human and available around the clock, and the same engineers who designed your environment are the ones who answer when something breaks. Through Greener Fields we fund and deliver technology work for community organisations that could not otherwise afford it — sponsored website design, hosting and ongoing management for clubs and grassroots initiatives.
