Supporting a Veteran-Led Non-Profit Building Resilience with Those Most in Need
Live Play Work is a veteran and family-led non-profit community organisation dedicated to building resilience with those most in need. They partner with and support individuals, families, communities, and organisations from the veteran community to Live, Play & Work their best life.
The organisation serves veterans and their families, Indigenous peoples, disadvantaged youth and children, first responders, and diverse, disabled, and vulnerable communities.
As the organisation continued to grow, the administrative demands on its volunteer team increased. Email management, file sharing, collaboration, and general IT reliability were becoming obstacles — taking time away from their core mission of building resilient communities.
Through the Greener Fields program, Mycelium 365 partnered with Live Play Work to fully support their IT environment and remove the technology burden from their volunteers.

As part of Greener Fields, Mycelium 365 delivered a fully sponsored, end-to-end IT solution, including:

- Secure email, file storage and collaboration tools

- Internet and voice services
- Ongoing support via the Mycelium 365 Service Desk
- Security, monitoring, patching and best-practice configuration
All services are provided at no cost to the organisation, with ongoing support included.
