Working in genuine partnership with clients, whether it's integrating Microsoft Cloud Solutions at his local tennis club or virtualizing large bespoke workloads, Paul is passionate about helping Australian businesses get their technology right.

With a wealth of experience in the IT industry, Wade plays a pivotal role in driving the company's commercial strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services to our clients.
Wade is known for his ability to foster collaborative relationships both within the team and with external partners. His knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Cloud Solutions has been instrumental in shaping Mycelium's product catalogue, resulting in high client satisfaction and business growth.
In addition to his professional achievements, Wade is dedicated to maintaining a positive and productive work environment. He believes in the principles of "People over Process" and "Measure twice, cut once," which are core values at Mycelium IT.

With 15 years experience working as an Information Systems Commander for the Australian Army, Sam's approach to ServiceDesk management has been the single biggest generator of positive feedback from clients both at the user and senior management level.
In addition to his customer fanbase, Samuel is adept at quickly identifying issues and applying the necessary technical depth of a level 2 engineer to ensure those problems do not exist in the future.
