How the referral programme works
- 1
Introduce a business
Submit the referral form with the business's permission. We reply to you within one business day.
- 2
We look after them
We contact the business within one business day, run a discovery call and, if we're a fit, scope a managed IT plan. Your named partner contact keeps you updated.
- 3
You're rewarded
When the business signs a managed services agreement and pays its first invoice, you receive a referral reward. It is paid within 60 days of that first paid invoice. Reward details are confirmed in your partner terms.

Consent, privacy and your own obligations
Please only refer a business that has agreed to be contacted. We use the details you provide only to follow up the referral; see our Privacy Policy.
If you're an accountant, tax agent, financial adviser, broker or real estate agent, you may have to disclose referral rewards to your clients under your own professional or licensing obligations. Check your obligations before referring; partners are responsible for their own compliance. Referral rewards may be taxable income.
