We run a read-only assessment of your Microsoft 365 tenant, Entra ID, Intune, Azure, and security posture. We identify gaps, risks, and urgent issues to address before the handover.

Plan the transition (Week 2–3)
We build a structured handover plan covering helpdesk coverage, security monitoring activation, device enrolment, and admin credential transfer — no gap between your old provider leaving and us taking over.

Go live — seamlessly (Week 3–4)
We take over management, assign your named engineer, onboard your team, and manage the incumbent offboarding. Your team keeps working throughout.
