Our Mission
At Mycelium 365, we specialise in Microsoft Modern Work and intentionally use a single, integrated Microsoft stack — Entra, Exchange, Defender, Intune, and SharePoint — to deliver secure, fast, and simple workplaces.
We believe fewer, well-integrated tools create better outcomes. By avoiding unnecessary third-party products and legacy complexity, we remove friction from everyday work and build environments people genuinely enjoy using.

Mycelium IT was founded in 2017 with a clear belief: modern cloud technology should make work simpler, not more complicated.
Founded by long-term friends Wade Timmings, Samuel Rowe and Paul Harvey, the business emerged from years of hands-on experience designing and supporting technology environments for organisations of all sizes. While cloud platforms were rapidly transforming how large enterprises operated, small and medium businesses were still being burdened with complex, fragmented, and outdated IT approaches.
We saw a gap — not in technology, but in execution.
Too many organisations were being sold layered solutions, bolt-on products, and legacy thinking that created friction for end users and unnecessary operational overhead. We believed there was a better way: a simpler, more cohesive approach built around a single, integrated platform.
From the outset, Mycelium focused on Microsoft cloud technologies to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric workplaces. By applying enterprise-grade principles with restraint and clarity, we proved that SMBs could achieve the same outcomes as large organisations — without the complexity.
That philosophy still defines us today.

Today, Mycelium 365 is a nationally operating Australian Managed Services Provider.
Our team spans Melbourne, Sydney, Perth and Brisbane, allowing us to support customers across the country with a consistent, modern approach to IT.
